– We will conduct regular inspections of services provided in a quarterly client survey but we also welcome your general feedback on a day to day basis.
– We guarantee to provide and maintain a high standard of service by providing in-depth training, supervisions, annual appraisals and regular updates to all our care staff.
– We conduct CRB checks on all staff.
– All our records of services provided, training, updates, appraisals and supervisions will be maintained for inspection by the relevant regulatory bodies.
– We comply with all requirements and standards of the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the General Social Care Council (GSCC).
– We will retain Public Liability insurance, Employer’s liability insurance and Indemnity insurance
